"After our first visit from Diane, I felt like the first time puppy experience went from chaos to under control!

Diane immediately got us started on house training with the crate and set about finding ways to channel the exuberance and energy of my very excited children into positive puppy experiences.  The most important lesson Diane taught me was to set the puppy and children up for success in their mutual training -- not expecting too much from puppy and not setting expectations too high for the children either!  My son and daughter love their new puppy and are so proud of the clicker training and training games they learned with Diane's help.  Diane was so respectful of the children's feelings and really empowered them to act in fun, appropriate, and safe ways with their puppy.  Thank you, Diane!"
